CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES

With the recent uptick in prices to multi-week highs, we are receiving additional volume.  Our processing team is working through packages as they arrive.  Our current turnaround times are as follows:

• Gold Scrap/Gold Melts/Gold Bullion: 1-2 days after arrival
• Silver Scrap: 2-3 days after arrival
• Silver Melts:  2 weeks after arrival

UPCOMING FOUNDRY MAINTENANCE

Over the next few months our foundry will be periodically shut down for maintenance, renovations, and capital upgrades to serve you better.  Any closures will last one to two days and will be communicated to customers well ahead of time right here on our website. Our trading operations will operate as normal during this period.

ACH PAYMENTS

Our ACH payment system has been upgraded, you will now see separate payments for each order instead of a lump sum payment for multiple orders.  Each payment transmitted to your bank will reference a separate trade number.

SILVER SCRAP REFINING

For now, silver scrap purchasing remains unlimited with Jack Hunt.  The uptick in spot silver prices has produced more scrap volume than anticipated.  Larger end refineries still have limitations on volume we can send them.  We will continue to monitor the market and will communicate any changes when available..
