Important RapidExpress Update

To Our Rapid Express Customers:

Our successful incoming shipping program utilized by many customers is a fast and effective way to ship products to us while keeping shipping and insurance costs to a minimum.  In our continued effort to keep prices as low as possible, the following changes are being made effective August 1, 2025.

• Use of Express Labels cannot exceed 10 lbs and $150,000 in value.  Any package over 10 lbs must go ground or be split up between express and ground at our trade department’s discretion.  Express packages cannot be silver only.
• No Ground packages can exceed 50 lbs and $75,000 in value.  The only exception to the weight restriction would be bags of 90% and bags of 40%.  That coinage must be shipped in a cloth sack.  If you have COMEX (1000 oz) silver bars, please call our office for specific shipping instructions.

The above modification to our shipping and insurance program allows us to keep the per box cost at $50.  No other terms of our shipping program will change.  As a reminder, they are:

• All packages must be shipped double-boxed (box within a box).
• Detailed paperwork must be included in the outer and inner box. This paperwork can be your own invoice or a copy of the JHCB purchase order.
• If sending items to test please include specific instructions on a separate, detailed invoice.
  Material must be packed tight with no movement.
• Packages must be scanned at the time of drop off.  Use of drop boxes is prohibited.
• Packages must be heavily taped, all sides and corners with reenforced shipping tape.
• The label provided by JHCB must be taped down and very secure.
• If using self-stick plastic sleeves for the label, please reinforce the sleeves by taping them down in addition to their adhesive backs.
• It is strongly encouraged to sell material to us before shipping.  If not, a detailed invoice must be emailed to gold@jackhunt.com prior to shipment to establish insured value.

Any violations of our program guidelines will result in voided insurance and possible revocation from the program.
