Due to sustained high volume our gold processing times are currently 2-4 business days. Silver processing times are 2-5 business days. Processing times start the day your package is received.

Advance levels for eligible customers will remain at 75% for the near future.

Spot prices continue to have large swings and choppy trading during the day. Volume remains high as liquidation in the market continues. We are working hard to process your packages as fast as we can. We will continue to provide updates on our homepage.
