Re: Rapid Express Shipping Fee
To Our Valued Customers,
As we begin the summer, we want to thank you for your continued trust and partnership. Over the past two years, the precious metals industry has faced a number of challenges, including a significant increase in package theft and shipping-related losses.
As a result, insurance providers have increased rates substantially upon renewal. While our Rapid Express Shipping program is not immune to these rising costs, we remain committed to keeping the program convenient, reliable, and cost-effective for our customers.
Beginning Monday, June 29, 2026, the Rapid Express shipping and insurance fee will increase from $50 to $55 per package.
